Conditions for Return:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Custom-made or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

How to Return an Item:

Prepare the Package: Use the original packaging or a secure alternative to pack your item(s) carefully.

Ship the Package: Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service Team. We will supply you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund or Exchange Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

If you prefer an exchange, we’ll promptly process your request based on availability.
